Intel SE440BX2 Main Board

Hi, have a little question regarding Intels SE440BX2 main board. I have a 450Mhz PIII CPU for it but I want to upgrade the CPU.
How fast CPU can this main board handle?

800 mhz and above. 100 mhz fsb unless you use a soft fsb utility. This board has an integrated Yamaha or crystal Audio card??
