They are still making them. Ask someone to order one in if they don't stock them.
BTW: I have two 800E chips. If you have a board that won't do 133 with 100% (24/7/365) reliability then they are one of your best bets. Most P3B-F boards will only support an 8x multiplier so 800 is as fast as you could go. If you run it at 120 or 124 FSB you'll be in the upper 900MHz range.
