I enabled my intel speedstep now my computer wont boot but I can still get into my uefi and reset to defaults but still wont boot

Hello... Try removing your CMOS battery and reseting your BIO's as per your MB manual/PDF instructions.

Hello... 1) Is there a message as to why? Like can't find bootable device?
2) Does your Sata/HD connection need to be AHCI or IDE? try both those two settings.
3) Is your HD on the BOOT Order List? do you have a CD/DVD in the drive? Do you have a USB stick inserted?

Iron sounds thanks changed it to AHCI and its woking
