INTEL SR1630GP and cooling

Hello, I am new to server building, but I need to build an entry level server in 1U size. I chose to go with intel SR1630GP barebone system. I am planing to buy Xeon 3430(TPD 95W) and I am concerned with the cooling. SR1630GP comes with 1U passive heatsing, but will it be enough for cooling processor with 95W TPD? Does anybody has any experience with this intel platform?

Hi,

most 1u servers have passive cooling on the processors.

They use the built-in fans in the server (2 to 4 in front, same at back) to maximise airflow.
