Intel SRT set-up w/ 2 SSD (1 for OS, 1 for cache) 1 HDD

I am planning on setting up my first new rig in a long time, and I am wondering if it is possible to set up the following: 1 SSD for OS install, 1 HDD for storage w/ SSD cache.

Thanks for the quick reply! In that case will I see better performance with the OS on an SSD, using the 2TB for music/video archiving and the SSD for gaming data; or should I load the OS onto the HDD with an SSD cache and just use the other SSD for my gaming files? My primary concern is performance when gaming, but fast boot times are always great.
