Intel SSD low pref and odd results compared other older SSD

Basically got a new Intel 530 SSD only bit ago and i've tried different things but the performance and benches just don't seem that good as well as being consistently lower then numbers i see around the net, what i find even more odd is that the other SSD on my system a Crucial M4 seems be beating it in 5/8 test and doing fairly better in some aspects even tho its been already beaten with 17674hour on time, 60% health status, and just being old
what maybe cause this, i tried running Intel SSD toolbox everything looks fine

FX6350
Gigabyte (GA-990FXA-UD3)(Firmware: F2)(AHCI:1.2 on)(Marvell: AHCI mode)
Intel 530 (480GB)(Firmware: DC32)(Sata 3 Port:0)
Crucial M4 (120GB)(Firmware: 040H)(Sata 3 Port:3)

Is it just more or does the Intel have only 12% storage free? SSDs start to get slow once you get past the 80% full mark and drop off quickly as your approach 100%.

you have it the wrong way around, that % indicates how much of the drive is full, the intel SSD is only at 12% full with 88% free, while the crucial SSD is the one with only 7% free
