Of course shortly after this he made a statement about AI eventually supplanting the human race. Glad I saw this story though as before I thought he was just ungrateful, at least I see he at least said thanks to Intel for providing this system to him.

When he made the statement about AI, Google crossed in my mind. "What if, with Google Fiber, Google try to control the world by building their own 'Sky Net'? Fiber Net?"
