I have a Cooler Master Hyper T2 cooler that I find is adequate and I am moving from LGA 775 to AM4. I am sure there is a bracket that has been made that will make my existing cooler work. ( the cooler came with AM4 mounting but the mounting was misplaced). I am asking if anyone knows/ recommends one.

Thanks

Cooler master did make these adapters, but stopped making them awhile ago.

Most Ryzen CPUs have a stock cooler and some are close to the performance of the HT2.
What CPU are you looking at?

I have the stock Wraith Stealth cooler and I could use it

I have a Ryzen 3 1200 4C/4T @3.1Ghz that I am going to overclock to the ~3.7Ghz range or up

I would still prefer the Cooler Master

You cannot get the adapter, so you will need a new cooler since you cannot use the T2 without it.

Either you use the stock cooler or buy another cooler.

I had a Ryzen 3 1200 and achieved 3700mhz with the stock cooler no problem.

It seems like this cooler master mounting kit would fit the cooler

I think I will order this and if it does not work then I will use the stock cooler
