Intel Turbo Boost?

I`ve heard about Intel Turbo boost and I was wondering how you do it.
My CPU is an Intel I7 6700HQ
Plus my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 7559

Turbo boost is automatic. Unless you have manually disabled it in the bios you dont have to do anything.
