h170 gaming m3
2x4gb ram
r9 380

You should be able to get all that sort of driver from your motherboard manufacturer.

I have found the Intel downloader to be laggy and take forever to download things.

alright ty i downloaded things manual where can i check my current motherbaord/cpu /gpu drivers in 1 overview?

Their site isn't very logical: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H170-GAMING-M3.html#down-bios

If you scroll up it has tabs so you may not need bios yet but the others might be more up to date than the drivers on dvd that came with board.
