Intel vga 865 windows 7 driver download

My Old Dell Desktop computer was compatible with the windows 7 upgrade so i bought it with little concerns, everything worked properly but the screen resolution is is suck at 450/600 and it says my frame rate does not go over 600 pixels when my monitor is 1440/900.I have a Intel 865 VGA graphics card and it worked fine on vista but now everything on windows 7 nothing fits on the screen. If there is a Driver that would be useful please post a link it would be greatly appreciated.

I mean i can't find it in there it said only for operating system of windows xp and such it doesn't work on windows 7 i tried to find on that would work but i didn't i need help finding a available driver that works on windows 7 so a direct link to somewhere i can download it would be great i have put like 72 hours of work into this computer but it just work work when it comes to the resolution changing its all locked up.
