I haven't watched them yet, but right off the bat they show an IBM Model F XT keyboard along with the XT PC. Nice start!

Quite interesting. While I've read about this before. It's nice to get a little refresher.

I'd like to see them do a whole series. Going into detail about all the points they briefly touch on. Giving people a more in depth understanding about individual abstraction layers or the various extensions.

I've watched both an they are really good and can be recommended to everyone who has a sincere interest in understanding modern CPUs (even though they're high level, obviously).
Of course, if you're a pro, you would already know most concepts, but still the presentation and visualization is very good, especially in the second part, whe it comes to discussing pipelines, branch prediction, etc. ...
And yes, as the article already mentioned, this is no marketing/sales video, this is purly informative, congrats ...
