Hello,

So I was trying to install a new program on my Windows 7 machine. I couldn't install it due to an error, this was the error: http://prntscr.com/7w57hn

I tried following a tutorial on how to enable this, although the bios was completly different to mine. I also check Speccy and it said it was disabled: http://prntscr.com/7w581m

Now I went into by Bios and attempted to find it. Either Im looking at the wrong thing or something is completly wrong, but this was what the guy in the tutorial enabled and mine were already enabled as shown here: http://prntscr.com/7w592g

Either I'm doing something wrong or missing something I don't know. Could someone help me fix the error on the program I'm trying to install please. I may have confused myself xD I'm not sure.

Thanks.

PC Specs if needed:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard: MSI Z97-G43
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 (EVGA)

You might double check with this utility from intel, according to the bios it should be enabled.

Something else you can try that has worked for others, try going back into the bios and under virtualization properties like you showed - disable them. Allow the pc to restart and boot with them disabled. Shut down, go back into bios and re-enable the virtualization properties and reboot again. Sometimes turning a feature off then back on again will allow it to be recognized properly. Worth a shot, takes only 5-10min and it's free and worst case scenario, it still doesn't work.
