Does Intel have any inherent advantages over AMD for CS6? I've read in here that AMD is not very good for Photoshop, but not sure I trust that opinion.
How does the AMD FX-8350 compare in uses for AfterEffects and InDesign compared to Intel. Is it just that the AMD is so much less expensive, or is there something to the 8-core of the AMD vs 4/6 for Intel.

Dang...the more I "learn" the dumber I feel.

Solution
actually this is more likely a question about graphics card..since adobe fully support graphics card power rendering..
And GPU provide more raw power than any fastest processor available today..
That's why, GPU rendering is very important factor for this program..

So, the question is, what GPU should you use ?

Well, Adobe support both openCL-OpenGL and CUDA..

But since photoshop CS6, Adobe give the biggest portion to OpenCL-OpenGL..and this is the strength point of AMD graphics card..

Maybe this article can help you..
