I can’t be too precise, but according to userbenchmark, the i3-3250 (267th) is similar to yours (256th) in Speed. Similar gaming and workstation scores, although the i3 has just a tad bit more in the Desktop score.

If you're not gaming, sure. If you are, no.

It’s not going to be the best (you know, compared to the new 6 core 8th gen cpus) but it should do fine...Assuming no game streaming is involved...like the previous commenter said.

Minecraft isn’t too much of a demanding game (compared to AAA games), rendering may take a bit longer, but you should be successful...I think? Anyone else?
