I need to choose not outdated best motherboard for the end of 2017.
I need maximum cpu and gpu performance fo heavy load 3d workstation/rendering machine.
If u have any opinion, advice or suggestion please explain why u think so.

Depends on the software. If you are using Blender you can offload all the render to the GPUs. But if you are using another program, it may be CPU only. So we need to know what program is going to be used to save you money.

Also what is the price limit?
