Which motherboard can I buy to use this cpu as a minimum requirement of cpus used

Considering it's an LGA 1156 CPU, you're at the mercy of the used market. Just search whatever site you'd use for used parts (e.g. eBay) for an LGA 1156 motherboard and check the motherboard manufacturer's website for compatibility.

OK but I want a motherboard where TN e x3480 is a minimum requirement

There's no motherboard that's classified by it's "minimum processor"?

At the moment I have a intel dq57tm and the xeon x3480 is the best cpu it can have so I want to change motherboard so in the future I can cpu but at the moment don't want to sell cpu so which motherboard has the xeon x3480 as not the best cpu compatible with that board and is ddr3

Thats not how it works.

Any motherboards that work with newer CPUs will not work with your Xeon.

You will have to swap cpu and potentially ram to upgrade to a newer board with newer CPU support.

OK so there is no motherboard which has the xeon x3480 as minimum requirement like the lowest the dq57tm can have is a intel i3

No. Motherboards support what they support - there's no such thing as a "minimum requirement."

No newer boards even have the correct socket for that CPU. No newer boards with support for newer cpus will never work with that xeon. Period.
