Intel Xeon e3-1220 Too hot ?

Hi i recently swapped my processor for a xeon 1220, at idle it runs @ 35-40 C but under gaming GTA 5 it reaches 80-89 C and if i use prime 95 it reaches 95C. The previous G630 even udner prime 95 used to be around 65C. Im using Stock intel cooler with a nor mal thremal paste, have applied it properly. Since its not overclockable i dont want to spend big bucks on water cooling, what would be the best way to bring the temps down. Is this normal temps of Xeon 1220 on stock cooler if nto what would be the problem?

You use the stock cooler that came with the Xeon? If you are using Prime95 28.5 or newer, then the temperature is normal; if using 26.6, then it's too high.

yup the new one 28.6 and yes the stock cooler.

Then the temperature is fine. An aftermarket cooler would help to keep the temperature lower, but it isn't an absolute must.
