Intel Xeon E3-1245v2 vs. Intel Core i7-2600 vs. Intel Core i7-3770

i cannot rule what is the best for my money. I want to buy a new four core processor (with HT). Mainly playing games and programming (Java, C#, PHP).

Xeon is a good choice for gaming a working too?

Xeon and the 2600 are pretty much on the same level with Xeon having a better power consumption.
However, the 3770 and the Xeon, too are on the same page with 3770 giving a slightly better performance than the Xeon.
I'll go for the Xeon as it's performance per dollar is much better than the rest of the given options.
