Intel Xeon E3-1246v3 vs Core i7-4790S

Hey so i recently ordered an Intel Pentium g3528 on amazon the other day and when I got home I opened it up and they accidently shipped me a Xeon e3-1246v3

I was wondering if their is a significant difference from my current i7-4790s and if its worth the whole process of switching the whole cpu. And also is HD 4600 better than HD P4600?

Yes, there is a significant performance difference between a 65W TDP and a 84W processor. In favor of the Xeon.
