Intel Xeon e5445 no O.C idle 53c to 59c but does not over 70c on full load

Is this normal? it only stays on around 55c on average while idle and 70c max on full load. But here's te thing SPECCY, CORE TEMP, HWmonitor show the same results 65c to 70c on load while AIDA64 only shows 51c on load and 40c on idle. Is there something wrong with software?

INTEL XEON E5440 with Hyper 212 EVO.

i recommend trying hwinfo and see what that says. It might be that hwmonitor isn’t working but this should help

Its shows te same result as Speccy, Core temp, HWM. AIDA64 still shows lower temp even on Stress Test. The only good thing about this is that it doesn't go over 70c under full load.
