Intel-Xeon-X5450 in D3011-A1 not working

hey i just bought a xeon x5450 processor from ebay already modded but it has no sticket behind but when iread the ebay intructions about the cpu says it fits and work normally well i installed the cpu and when i boot the pc my screen stay black and its color is orange not showing at all the bios "can't even enter to bios" like the cpu is daamaged or something tried to unplug the cmos thing but didn't work when i replace the c2d to same place pc boot properly plz i really need some help is my motherboard imcompatible ?

That has a Q43 chipset which doesn't support the 5000 series Xeon mod. ASFAIK it should have the adapter tape. The mod is a couple notches added so the LGA771 CPU cna be installed in the LGA775 socket. I think the sticker should be there.

so if i put the sticket it would work properly ? becasue i bought it without sticker !

That MB is not compatable anyway.
