[SOLVED] Intel XMP voids warranty?

First of all, I heard that Intel does not RMA cpus that have XMP enabled for some reason,
Why is that a reason for them not to allow RMA whereas AMD allows RMA even though XMP is enabled? I mean of course if you go all out O.C on your CPU, it will be reasonable for the RMA to get rejected, but this is just XMP.

Is there a reason for Intel to apply this rule?

This may also void warranties offered by the system manufacturer or retailer or motherboard vendor. Users assume all risks and liabilities that may arise out of overclocking memory, including, without limitation, failure of or damage to RAM/hardware, reduced system performance and/or data loss, corruption or vulnerability. Some manufacturers will try to void Warranty if they can so the question has to be asked: "Why would you want to tell them something that would void your Warranty" ?

Be it the CPU or the Motherboard , If they have a Bios that provides for Overclocking or XMP profiles to Overclock RAM then don't give them an excuse or reason to void what should be unvoidable. IMO

Sorry i'm not so honest but neither are they.
