I don't really know what the problem is

I have a
z490
10900k
1080Ti
NH D14
64Gb 3600Mhz

in short
I want to raise the PC to at least 5 GHz, but when I raise all the cores to 5 GHz and set the voltage to 1.3-1.4 V, the system crashes.

These are the default settings with the XTU benchmark

the score of 5210 is the maximum I got at the default of 4.9Ghz, 1.26V

I don’t understand why this is happening, I’ve read a ton of articles.

Everyone explains how they raise 10900k to 5.3 ghz and to me the system crashes to 5.0 instantly.

I managed to complete the XTU2 Benchmark 2 times with a score of 5340

3 cores on 5.3Ghz
7 Cores on 5.0 Ghz
1.35v

He fails to stay at those settings for long

Cinebench crashes at the touch of a button at 5.0 ghz

at 4.9ghz there was no breakdown and the temperature was 75C max

ty for reading, i will answare quick

Bc my bios isnt super good

And when i add 5 ghz into bios... system cant reboot for one hour
XtU isnt going to make your Bios better as you can see your having instability . What motherboard are you using ? I know that with my 9900k only the higher end boards could handle the vrm heak. It also could be power delivery

iGame colorful z490 x v20 is my mbo

supposedly a high end motherboard but I don't like it because everyone has an Asus ...

Anyway, I managed to overclock in the bios without any problems and it's stable but I don't know what all those settings are for ...
the only thing I changed is the core ratio 50,
3 cores 53,
5 cores 50,
and the last two can't even set up (thay didn't calculate that the processor will have 10 cores xD)

Also 1.26v -> 1.35v (maybe too much)

I saw there many setting what i should probably worry about...
How to take a screenshot of bios?
