Intel Z68 chipset

Can anyone tell me what is the material used to encapsulate the Intel Z68 chipset on a Socket 1155 motherboard ? Would it be Epoxy

Also what format is the chip ? Would it be a BGA or a Flip Chip or another format ?

I have a GigaByte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard with the above chipset and would like to know the above information.
