News Intel's Second-Gen Bitcoin Miner's Performance and Pricing Listed

So this article contradicts itself. First it says that the intel miner is from a US manufacturer but then later says it’s manufactured on TSMC 5nm which is only found in Taiwan…..so which one is it? If GRIID is touting “US manufacturer” then it must be built on intel 7 in the US. Manufacturing it on TSMC 5nm would mean it is very susceptible to geopolitical risk. I mean I guess the author is saying the miner is assembled in the US from TSMC manufactured processors but that doesn’t minimize geopolitical risk….if China invaded Taiwan then you are still cut-off from all the important components. The only way to minimize risk is for intel to manufacturer the components and assemble the miner all in the US.

Perhaps because the first gen is from tsmc. This one, the 2nd gen, is not out yet.
