Discussion Intel's upcoming 13th Gen core "RAPTOR LAKE" Desktop CPU Lineup has been leaked !

Hello guys,

The full Intel 13th Gen Raptor Lake Desktop CPU lineup has leaked out and will include a total of 14 new processors. The lineup has been leaked by Bilibili's tech content creator, Extreme Player, as well known and a reliable source for leaks.

So, first up, starting with the lineup, there are a total of 14 SKUs which include four Core i9 models, four Core i7 models, five Core i5 models, and a single Core i3 model. There are three revisions of the CPUs which start with H-0 for the Core i3 model, C-0 for the Core i5-13400, Core i5-13500 & Core i5-13600 while the rest are based on the B-0 revision.

It appears the H0 and C0 revisions might have similar silicon and die structures as existing Alder Lake parts, minus the upgraded cache from the Raptor Lake designs, while the B0 silicon might have the added cache. I will keep this thread short and simple. You can read all the RAPTOR LAKE SKUs in the table below.

The Intel Core i5-13400 seems to be a nice upgrade from the Core i5-12400 as it now offers a total of 4 E-Cores besides the 6 P-Cores which should help boost the multi-threaded performance.

The Core i5-13500 is another upgraded variant that offers a step up to 6 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores unlike the Core i5-12400 and Core i5-12500 which shared an identical configuration without any P-Cores. The Core i3 lineup only features 1 SKU and that's the Core i3-13100 which will retain its 4-core and 8-thread layout.

The SKU names and parts are self-explanatory. We have been getting leaks on some of these upcoming SKUs as well. Take these model names, and specs with a grain of salt though, since we are not fully sure if this is final lineup, or there are even more SKUs planned for release.

Maybe this is the launch line up, because it's pretty much guaranteed that the i5 and i3 will also come in F variations, actually I can't see the launch line up missing those, what would be the reason?!

Also this is one i9 and one i7 in four different variations each, k non-k f and non-f.

Yes, I have just now edited my previous post. There might be more SKUs.

It appears that some of the upcoming Raptor Lake CPUs have been listed by a Canadian retailer. They are out of stock though as of this writing.

So, coming to the prices, the Intel Core i9-13900K(F) is listed for $940.99 & $900.99 CAD, respectively. The Intel Core i7-13700K(F) is listed for $662.99 & $625.99 CAD, respectively. Finally, the Core i5-13600K is listed for $460.99 & $432.99 CAD, respectively. Converting these prices to USD gives us:
  • Core i9-13900K - $940.99 CAD = $725 US
  • Core i9-13900KF - $900.99 CAD = $694 US
  • Core i7-13700K - $662.99 CAD = $511 US
  • Core i7-13700KF - $625.99 CAD = $482 US
  • Core i5-13600K - $460.99 CAD = $355 US
  • Core i5-13600KF - $423.99 CAD = $326 US
The same retailer is also offering the 12th Gen Alder Lake CPUs for around $100 US less, as listed below.
  • Core i9-12900K - $817.99 CAD = $630 US
  • Core i9-12900KF - $770.99 CAD = $594 US
  • Core i7-12700K - $565.99 CAD = $436 US
  • Core i7-12700KF - $539.99 CAD = $416 US
  • Core i5-12600K - $398.99 CAD = $307 US
  • Core i5-12600KF - $355.99 CAD = $274 US
So that's an average 17% price increase versus the Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake CPUs, but one thing should be noted these prices are still preliminary or placeholder listings, but we can more or less expect the MSRPs or final pricing to remain identical as the existing models.
