Inter-tech 500W PSU

Solution
Thermaltake and Cooler Master are in-between... Some of their PSUs can be pretty good (especially Cooler Master), but others can be pretty bad. So it depends a lot on which model you pick. Unfortunately, most of their cheaper units are bad. Once you get to their better PSUs, the price is often so high you might as well choose Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, or XFX - some of the most reliable brands.
No, Inter-tech is not good. Amps on 12V are important, since that's where modern systems draw most of their power. 30A on the 12V rail is poor for a 500W power supply. In itself, it's not really a problem, since your system doesn't seem to draw much power anyway. But it does hint at an over-rated power supply, that really can't deliver anywhere near as much as it promises. The lack of a 6-pin PCIe power connector confirms that. Passive PFC hints at an obsolescent design as well, so I really wouldn't recommend that PSU.

No. I'd say Inter-tech and LC Power compete for the spot as the worst PSU brand in Europe. But at least that one has a 6-pin PCIe connector.

Where are you buying? Maybe we can help you find something decent. Otherwise, Corsair's CX line tends to be a good bet for cheap and decent power supplies.

LC Power is not that bad, Inter-Tech may one of the worst, but it's still better than the cheap no-name-dynamites sold on ebay. Anyway I would go with something more reliable, too. Are you planning to replace other components soon or in the near future?
