Hi,

I have Vista Home Premium in a Toshiba laptop. My problem is: As I try to install an ordinary PC USB keyboard in my laptop, Vista first begins to search proper drivers. However, at the end of this search I get a message smth like this; "Keyboard found" along with this "This operation requires an interactive window station", and so, my keyboard does not work. I tried solutions like disabling antivirus or firewall, but didnt work.

I'd be grateful if anybody help me.

Regards.

SOLVED.
I tried many of the things that were recommended in a variety of forums. None worked. So, I re-installed Vista and during installation my keyboard was plugged in, which should not be missed. Now, it works.
