Interchange between Alt and Altgr key

Hi, I would like to know if there is way to interchange alt and altgr key. I generally use the right side alt key + right arrow to fast forward a few seconds while watching videos in VLC player but somehow my alt keys got interchanged and does not function the way it did earlier.

You won't believe this, I tried numerous time to find solution for this on Google but I just couldn't find it and after your reply I gave it another try and Voila, I got it this time!

What I did was, I went to "Control Panel", and then went to "Change Keyboards and Other Input Methods", then under "Keyboards and Languages" I clicked on "Change Keyboards" and changed keyboard option from "US-International" to "US".
