[SOLVED] Interchangeable PSU Cables?

So I am upgrading my PSU from an 850 to a 1000.
Same brand, same model line, just different W. Going from EVGA supernova 850 80+ G, to the same 1000w version. Question is, could I just unhook all cables from the 850 and just hook them into the 1000?

I’ve seen some horror stories on here about doing that, but seems like those are when people have changed PSU brands.
