I just got a quest while I was on the shop wizard looking for scratchcards.
I can still refresh that window and search for cards, it just won't let
me start a new search for what I need for the Quest. I've gotten quests
in the past and the shop wiz has been totally blocked as soon as I got the
event, when did that change? (Not complaining, I like still being able to
search for what I was looking for!)

Oh, and can anyone help me find 'Blue Bandana'? Thanks so much!!

it hasn't changed. this only happens when you get a quest looking for
another item.it goes on the basis that you are refreshing a page not
renewing it.
