Interesting Networking Problem (Mac's can connect but not PC's)

So long story short my internet randomly went out while I was on my desktop PC. I had set up my router (Cisco AE2700) about a year ago and everything has been fine since. Both my desktop PC and my laptop can detect my wireless network but whenever I try and connect, windows 7 gives me the good ol' "failed to connect. Try Troubleshooting". I called Suddenlink (my ISP) and they said that everything on their end seems fine but they cannot look into the router because it is cisco and not theirs. Before I called cisco I found out that my roommates Macbook Air, and Iphone can connect to the wireless signal, along with my android (galaxy s3). I than took my laptop and an Ethernet cable to the router allows me to connect to the internet. So knowing that everything works, I can detect just not connect on my PC's, I called cisco. After giving them a ton of information they wanted me to pay $49.99 for them to help me, so I hung up. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Thanks for your time, if you need any additional information just ask.

Thanks!

EDIT: I went ahead and removed my security. With that I was able to connect to the internet. It wanted me to setup the router again like when I first got the router. However, every time it failed. For whatever reason the connection on my laptop is working now, even though it was not setup. Tomorrow I am going to get a new router and see if a new setup fixes the problem.

So the WiFi is refusing to connect - not that the router is blocking you from getting to the internet? It doesn't show you as even connected; not the 'no internet access' yellow triangle?

Change the encryption settings to something simpler just for a while, and see if it works.
