Question Interesting problem

For some reasons, when I wake my pc, it sometimes boot up about 0.6 sec, then shut off.Then it trys to boot again, and it succeed. Just wanna know if I can fix that, cuz that's a bit irritating.

Does this only happen when waking from sleep? Does it happen with hibernate?
Is the system actually failing to wake, blue screening, then rebooting? Take a look at event viewer to see if there are any clues as to what's happening during that time.

There's no blue screen, and any errors. I'm pretty sure about that.
