Interface not supported

Whenever i tried to start my computer after passing the logo screen a pop up shows up

c:\program files\tablet\wacom\wacom_tablet.exe no such interface supported

And it loops in this way after some time balck screen

Pressed F8 used cmd to check my c drive and 0 everything gone even the recovery tried reformating but it keeps restarting do i need a new hdd or somthing?

If formatting keeps restarting it usually means the HDD has too many errors and needs replacing.

However, to be absolutely sure the HDD does need replacing, you should test it:
