Intermittent BSOD, CPU Issues?

So, I've been having intermittent BSOD issues for about 6 months on my computer, and have exhausted myself looking for a solution that is definitive before I make purchases to fix it (since at this point, I don't think it's something I can fix - though I would love to be wrong.)

Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Home 64
CPU: Intel i7 6700 @3.40Ghz
RAM: 8GB
MB: Alienware 01NYPT
Graphics: 8192MB ATI AMD Radeon RX480

The CPU runs at 77-80 C while idle. I've updated drivers, run stress tests on every other part of my rig, used SpeedFan to manually control fan temps, checked dust, and finally removed the heat sink and removed/reapplied thermal paste and ensured that the sink was attached correctly.

I have never had a CPU run this hot, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something before I spend another 3-5 hundred on a MB/CPU to try and fix the problem.

Thank you for -any- assistance or dx ideas y'all have, I appreciate it.
