OK, I am officially at my wits end. My PC has just recently started making a buzzing/electrical noise when gaming. I have shoved my head in the case multiple times and still am unable to pinpoint where it is coming from. I have checked all the fans, GPU, HDD, RGB strips... I just have no clue.
When searching on the internet for people with similar problems, I have yet to find a recording of a similar noise. There is nothing caught in any of the fans, it doesnt sound like coil whine and I even unplugged my HDD to no avail.
It may be relevant that i recently swapped the cpu cooler and changed the fan profiles of my case fans.

Here is a recording of the noise:

If someone could solve this for me I would be incredibly grateful 😊

Solution
Use a long carboard tube (from paper towels) or a rolled up sheet of paper to carefully listen about the inside of the case to locate the source of the sound.

Hold one end of the tube to your ear and "focus" the other end towards likely sound sources.

Might be some resonance. Power down, unplug. Check for loose screws, loose cables, anything that could vibrate.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have narrowed the sound to the gpu fan(s). Using afterburner I found that for some reason my gpu fans hate being between 60-80% speed. Not sure why but might have to set up some weird fan curve that doesnt operate in that range.
