I've been having crashing issues recently and can't seem to diagnose it, thought someone here might be able to help out. Here's what I've tried:
CPU temps are running in the 50c-70c range under load.
Sometimes I get a blue screen, sometimes it just freezes entirely and emits a buzzing sound through the speakers. It's happened in VR games (Beat Saber, Tetris Effect, Job Simulator) and in regular desktop games (Watch_Dogs 2 and Assassin's Creed: Odyssey).
Most of the blue screens are showing an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error.
Any ideas?
Build
- Full reinstall of Windows 10
- Motherboard BIOS is up to date
- Ran Driver Booster 6 to update all drivers
- Ran a Windows memory test and it passed without issues
- The motherboard is detecting the RAM at 2133 speed, so I tried at that and at 2400
