I've been having crashing issues recently and can't seem to diagnose it, thought someone here might be able to help out. Here's what I've tried:
  • Full reinstall of Windows 10
  • Motherboard BIOS is up to date
  • Ran Driver Booster 6 to update all drivers
  • Ran a Windows memory test and it passed without issues
  • The motherboard is detecting the RAM at 2133 speed, so I tried at that and at 2400
Still getting the same issues after those steps

CPU temps are running in the 50c-70c range under load.

Sometimes I get a blue screen, sometimes it just freezes entirely and emits a buzzing sound through the speakers. It's happened in VR games (Beat Saber, Tetris Effect, Job Simulator) and in regular desktop games (Watch_Dogs 2 and Assassin's Creed: Odyssey).

Most of the blue screens are showing an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error.

Any ideas?

Solution
I note a ITX motherboard.
What is the make/model of your case?
ITX cases can be difficult getting sufficient cooling into the case to cool hot components.

Are you overclocking your 7700K or the 2060?
If so, back off to stock and see how you do.
Your cpu temperatures seem normal if accurate.
Can you verify with a different temperature monitor?

And, I am suspicious about handy products that do what you can do for yourself.
They might also install tracking apps to make money by selling your info.
I would download and update drivers, particularly graphics drivers directly myself.

A run of malwarebytes free edition could not hurt.
