Intermittent issues with build crashing or not turning on

I put together a computer about two years ago and I'm having a lot of trouble keeping it working as well as diagnosing what the issue is. It's always had problems crashing intermittently where I get a windows blue screen mentioning it's a memory issue.

Because the issues happen on and off I've worked on it several times, reseating the CPU, swapping RAM sticks out and replacing the mother board. I installed the below components with all the memory and it worked ok. When I turned it on however it would start and then shut off, almost like a breaker on the power supply tripped until I turned it on again and it would stay on. I used it last night, playing games and running several monitors and it worked great.

However when I got home from work and tried to turn it on from hibernating it shut off then it would start up but not reach the post stage before shutting off. The most common issue seems to be that any time the computer goes into sleep mode it will have trouble booting up, or not at all. When it got blue screens more frequently it usually occurred after it went to sleep.

I'm wondering if anything from my description jumps out at anyone. My next step is to get someone to help me test the power supply and try swapping out the graphics card. At this point I feel I'm way over my head as far as my knowledge of building computers goes.

the only thing I would cheak is the bios is on the latest version if not then or asus update but I prefer dos
BIOS
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard
