Hello! Recently I upgraded my motherboard, PSU, CPU and GPU. Right after installing we formatted and installed Windows 10 1903. My wireless adapter didn't want to connect to my router but eventually did but the latency is too unstable and high and every 20 seconds or so. I get a request timed out error, sometimes it keeps saying timed out for minutes until I reset the connection. Diagnostics tool says "default gateway not available". The adapter will not let me connect to any other router.

I used to have this problem before, I changed my PSU and coincidentally it stopped but it came back. So I changed my PSU again since I was upgrading everything and now this error is much worse.

My mobo is a H310M H2.0 and device manager shows a xhci USB controller couldn't be started (code 10). Ethernet connection works flawlessly.

full system spec?
include the wifi adapter model
I5-9400F
Gigabyte H310M H2.0 rev 1.0 updated to F11 to add support to I5-9400F
Gigabyte RTX 2060 6GB OC
SATA 1TB 7200rpm HDD
2x 8GB 2400 DDR4

I'm afraid I don't have my adapter model right now. I know it's a realtek usb adapter 802 something, I think. I'll only be able to tell you precisely when I come home.
