Internal 32-bitWinNTsp2 data drive swap to 64-bit Win7sp1 machine...

I have a 1TB data only internal drive installed in a machine running 32-bit Windows XP service pack 2.
Can I remove the xp data drive and install it on a machine running 64-bit Windows 7 service pack 1 as a data drive and still have access to the data via the desktop?

Yes you can since it's only a data storage drive the Windows version is irrelevant.
