Internal Hard Disk PCB line coating

Internal Hard disk sea gate barracuda is not detected in BIOS and upon removing the PCB , i got this picture and the red arrow shows the three lines where coating is not there and i wonder this is the problem or is it normal to be like this? please help

Looks like the motor's drive leads, it makes contact with the PCB.

If u proceed to open it, nobody here will help you, not that we have any magic.

Thanks for help and no, i wont open it , will ask technician to help for it.But i just want to know is this drive lead damaged or not?
