Question Internal hard drive keeps disconnecting

Hello,
My HDD keeps disconnecting at random time intervals. When it happens, I hear my HDD boot up and the folder for the HDD pops up every time. I essentially cannot do anything while this keeps happening as it crashes all programs running on the drive. I've already tried replacing the SATA cable and the actual hard drive and I'm honestly not sure what to do anymore. Power settings are also good.

Are you sure there is nothing wrong with your motherboard?
