Code:
internal hard drive not showing in disk management windows 10.
It shows up in the bios menu but when I load up disk management it is know where to be seen. I have change the sata cable and that didn't change anything. I also tried windows memory diagnostic and I saw an article saying this would fix it but nothing again. Could anyone help me?

Solution
Definitely try another power connector, SATA port, and SATA cable. If nothing shows up RMA it to the manufacturer or return it to the local store where you bought it for an exchange.

A new unused disk in Windows should show up in disk management and will need the initialization wizard to run followed by formatting.
