Question Internal hdd disappeared suddenly on laptop

My hdd suddenly is not being detected either by windows or by the device manager , disk management nor the intel rapid storage technology,

This happened when I was using my laptop and suddenly got a pop up from intel rapid storage technology saying "SATA available disk removed"

From then when ever I start my laptop , the hdd sometimes detect at the beginning but when I try to click on any of the folders in it , windows freezes until I receive the same mentioned notification from intel rapid storage technology .
The device manager does not detect but when I filter for "Show hidden devices" ,

I did not do any changes , everything was working fine then suddenly the hdd disappeared
