Question Internal HDD not showing up

I recently had an issue with my Pc and i had to reinstall windows, the problem was caused by a unexpected_store_exception blue screen.

Since i got my Pc working again my 2tb Seagate Pipeline HDD hasn't appeared in File explorer nor in disk management, but in device manager it does.

I've downloaded SeaTools and both the short and long generic have come up as failed but the SMART test has passes. I have important data i can't loose

Can you show us a SMART report with a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo or GSmartControl?

It appears as if it was off or something similar

The SMART data are stored on the platters, so it would appear that the drive has an internal problem.

Does it spin up?
