Internal HDD shown in BIOS but not in Windows

Hi, I have win 7 x64 on a 640GB SATA HDD, when trying to load my second 160GB SATA HDD, It's shown in BIOS but not in Windows neither My Computer nor Disk Management ...

I tried to load the 160GB SATA HDD with Win XP on a 80GB PATA HDD in the same case (MotherBoard) and it worked fine but the problem is with thw Win 7 in the 640GB HDD

I need to load the 160 with 640

Any Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp !!! 🙁

Try a bootable media to format the drive. Unplug the 640GB drive when formatting.
