right click on disk mgt finding drive does not allow "partitioning"

not initialized

can not format nor partition

Is this a new drive? Have you checked the data and power connections to the drive? Have you tried plugging the data cable into a different drive controller?

How does it show in "Disk Management"? Have you tried to assign a letter to it?
We need much more information.
