[SOLVED] Internal usb 2.0

So my motherboard (evga z270ftwk) has a single USB 2.0 header which is currently in use with my lighting node pro. If I wanted to add an AIO which would also require a internal USB 2.0 could I use a splitter so I can use the same header for both the lighting node and an AIO?

The CommanderPro has additional 2.0 headers to communicate with a single motherboard header.... So a 2.0 internal splitter should work.
